dragonislandspiceco.com offers free shipping in the U.S. (including mainland USA, Alaska, Hawaii) on all shipments over $75. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No promotion codes required! Other US Territories do not qualify for Free Shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times for your orders will vary but usually 3-8 days from the time of shipping, depending on the delivery address.
RETURN POLICY
At Dragon Island Spice Co, we believe in our products and commit to delivering the best in flavor using fresh and premium ingredients. This is the reason for the Dragon Island Spice Co. Guarantee. We will accept returns only from items purchased directly from https://dragonislandspiceco.com and in accordance with the following to be considered for a refund:
Please contact us at info@dragonislandspiceco.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date and return back to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. If conditions are met, we will issue a refund ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase and within 36 hours after receiving the returned item.
The original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable and purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost for the return. Please note, we do not have the ability to track your return and cannot be responsible for the time it takes for the item to be returned.
