SWISS HAMBURGER LEMONA

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef
3 Tbsp heavy cream
0.5 cup chopped parsley
1 lemon, grated peel only
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
1.5 tsp Garden Lemon Citrus

Directions:

  • Mix all of the above ingredients well, form 4 hamburger patties
  • Heat 2 Tbsp oil in frying pan over medium high heat
  • Fry hamburgers on both sides, each for 5-6 minutes
  • Garnish w/ lemon slices & parsley
  • Serve on buns or bed of greens, with potato salad, fruit salad, sauteè mushrooms
